Deployment Log // v1.3.9 – DIVERGENCE PROTOCOL INITIATED
Uniform simulations are no longer effective. With this update, Nemesis constructs a unique adversarial arc per user—based on previous responses, profile triggers, and real-time adaptation.

Core Enhancements

1. Branching Scenario Engine
Each interaction now splinters the narrative tree. Accepting help, doubting advice, resisting manipulation—these don’t just alter outcomes. They change the structure of what comes next.

2. Mirror-Type Generation
Nemesis is no longer just “one thing.” Some will face a cold, passive-aggressive adversary. Others will meet a chaotic liar. Others… something worse. Your mirror is algorithmically selected based on your psychological vulnerability.

3. Flashpoint Scheduling
Events now occur without notice. You may be mid-email when a “leak” triggers. Your friend may say something oddly specific. Your calendar might shift.

  • 15-minute burst games

  • 3-week background arcs

  • Time-looped rematches

4. Ethical Consequence Tracker
The system now remembers when you lie, when you escape, when you manipulate. This isn’t about performance—it’s about who you become under pressure.

Operator Note:
“From this point forward, no one plays the same Nemesis.
You are your own experiment.”
